This course presents the principles of biochemical experiment technology with vivid and interesting animations, and demonstrates the steps of operation with close-up. It provides learners a quick way to get started.
課程目標
- Learn the operating skills of micropipette, centrifuge, and spectrophotometer.
- Learn the principles of protein extraction, purification, gel electrophoresis (SDS PAGE), western blotting, crystallization, DNA gel electrophoresis, polymerase chain reaction, and DNA sequencing.
- Learn the operating skills of protein gel electrophoresis (SDS PAGE), gel staining, western blotting, and DNA gel electrophoresis.
